Security & Data Protection
Account Privacy
Access controls help protect business account information. Business owners can access and manage only the records associated with their own accounts.
Controlled Public Information
Public review pages display relevant business details for customers. Private account information, sign-in credentials, and internal usage data are excluded from these pages.
Misuse Prevention
We apply usage limits and technical safeguards to help reduce automated misuse and maintain service availability. These measures use a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address; raw IP addresses are not stored in our draft records.
Secure Connections & Sign-In
We use HTTPS to encrypt information transmitted between your browser and Svecho. Secure sign-in and session management help protect access to business accounts.
Responsible Review Standards
AI prompts are instructed strictly to reflect the customer's own stated sentiment without sugarcoating, apologies, or synthetic praise.
Svecho never automatically posts to Google. Customers review, edit, and decide whether to copy and post their feedback.
Every rating from 1 to 5 stars has identical, unrestricted access to the direct Google Review link at all times.
