1. Description of the Service

Svecho is an in-store review companion designed to assist business owners and customers. The platform provides business owners with customizable contextual prompts, QR codes, and a public review page where customers can articulate their genuine in-store experiences into drafts in their preferred language (English, Hindi, or Marathi).

By accessing or using Svecho—whether as a business owner managing an account or as a visiting customer drafting feedback—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Business Owner Accounts & Responsibilities

Store owners registering on Svecho are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, lawful business profile details (name, category, offerings, and location).
• Supplying a genuine, verified HTTPS Google Review or Google Maps destination URL.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account login credentials.
• All activities, profile updates, and settings configured under their account.

3. Acceptable Use & Review Integrity

Svecho is committed to authentic consumer transparency. Both store owners and visiting customers agree to adhere strictly to the following standards:

Customers must provide firsthand, genuine visit details and must review, verify, and edit drafts before choosing to publish them to any platform.

4. AI Draft Limitations & Customer Autonomy

Drafts created through Svecho are generated by automated artificial intelligence models to assist with language phrasing, grammar, and articulation.

• Drafts are Suggestions Only: AI drafts may not capture every nuance of a visit and may require editing, additions, or corrections.
• No Automatic Posting: Svecho never automatically posts, publishes, or submits reviews to Google or any other service.
• Customer Responsibility: The visiting customer retains sole control and responsibility for reviewing, editing, copying, and deciding whether to post content on Google or any external platform.

5. Independence from Google

Svecho is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC, Google Maps, or Alphabet Inc.

Svecho provides a direct link redirect to Google Review endpoints as configured by business owners. Svecho cannot guarantee review publication, retention, search visibility, search rankings, or review counts on Google.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

Svecho is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for reliable uptime, service interruptions, database maintenance, API rate limits, or third-party AI provider outages may occur without advance notice.

Svecho reserves the right to modify, adjust trial quotas, or update features to maintain platform health and security.

7. Account Suspension & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or deactivate business profiles or owner accounts that engage in review manipulation, spamming, abuse of generation endpoints, or violation of these Terms.
